Our Exchange/Return Policy

Exchange Policy An exchange will only be honored for items damaged or mechanical malfunction upon arrival of item, please email us as soon as possible at support@vivaciousvanity.com​

  • Customers have 48-hours to contact us about any order that arrives damaged and 30 days to return items (if there are no defects) with original packaging for replacement.
  • Original packaging will be required for any exchange.

UPS is recommended if you are shipping an item for an exchange over $100, you should consider shipment tracking and/or shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of the product(s) in your possession. No refunds towards shipping or shipping insurance.

Shipping Policy

Shipping** WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, ALASKA, HAWAII, PO BOXES, APO/FPO/DPO**Compact Mirrors: Delivery times, depending on destination usually take 1-5 business days within the United States via USPS.Vanity Mirrors: Delivery times, depending on destination usually take 7-10 business days within the United States via UPS. After the order is placed, products are shipped out within the same day or next business day excluding holidays.

NOTE: **If your order is shipped on a Saturday it will not start traveling until Monday unless it interferes with a holiday, then it will be shipped a business day after the holiday.

**Order Cancellation It’s perfectly fine to change your mind!If you decide that you want to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please send us an email at support@vivaciousvanity.com within 24hrs of purchase and a refund will be processed. Orders cannot be canceled after the product has been delivered.
