Are the light bulbs included?

Yes! All vanity mirror purchases come with LED Lightbulbs.

Do your vanities come with wireless Bluetooth connection?

Yes! All vanities that we offer lets you connect wirelessly with our Bluetooth feature.

What are your shipping policies?

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO/PO Boxes, or internationally. FedEx does not operate on: New Yearโ€™s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidentโ€™s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

** Please Note: All vanity deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Vivacious Vanity is not responsible for stolen packages nor forged signatures or impersonation as the recipient to receive the delivery.

What if my vanity gets damaged or is malfunctioning?

Contact us right away and take pictures of the inner packaging and outside packaging if the item was damaged during shipping. Original box and packaging are REQUIRED to return the item back to us for repairs. If the item damaged is out of stock or will not be restocked the customer will be offered another comparable item to replace the damaged item.

Help! My bulb(s) went out! Can I use any type of lightbulb from the hardware store?

No. Our bulbs are specially made for our vanities and you can not find these in stores. You will have to purchase replacement bulbs from us. Please contact us to ensure that you are purchasing the right bulbs on our website.

My package was stolen! Help!

Vivacious Vanity places signature confirmations for all vanity orders (unless stated otherwise). We are not responsible for packages being stolen.

I changed my mind, I would like to return my item.

We only offer exchanges no refunds.
